How does VinReach identify website shoppers who never fill out a form?

VinReach loads a privacy-compliant pixel on your site. When a visitor browses a VDP, the pixel sends an anonymous fingerprint to two identity-resolution providers (the Essential and Enhanced tiers). Those providers match the fingerprint against first-party identifiers they already hold for that browser, then return a name, email, and phone number when they find a confident match. We never share data across customers, and every match creates a consent record so you can defend it if a state AG asks.

What does "identify the 97%" actually mean?

Most dealer websites convert 1–3% of visitors into a form fill. The other 97% leave anonymously. VinReach reaches that 97% by identifying 4–7% of total website traffic via privacy-compliant fingerprinting, far above the 1–2% your form captures. After 30 days of pixel maturity and a healthy consent banner, dealers typically measure 8–12% real-world identification rate.

Do I have to integrate my CRM or DMS to get started?

No. VinReach reads your inventory off your public website using the same crawler tech Google and AutoTrader use. We never need DMS feed access to send the first email. CRM and DMS integrations are available later if you want closed-loop sold-VIN attribution back to your stack, but they aren't a prerequisite. Live in under an hour off the pixel alone, the crawler keeps indexing your inventory in the background.

How long does setup take?

Setup is under an hour end-to-end. Pixel install runs about 10 minutes of work on your end, drop one snippet into your site's head tag. The first identified shopper typically lands within minutes of pixel fire. The full inventory index keeps building in the background and is normally complete by the next day. Email and SMS are managed out of the box, you don't need to set up a sender domain, configure DNS records, or register a 10DLC campaign yourself. No professional services contract, no kickoff call, no DMS-paperwork window.

What if my BDC is already working a lead?

Three protections. First, paste your active-lead list into the BDC holds tab and we suppress those leads for the window you choose (7 to 365 days). Second, when a lead replies, calls your tracked number, or fills your form, we auto-pause every journey they're enrolled in. Third, optional whitelist mode routes every send through your BDC for approval before it fires, eliminating the risk of double-touch entirely.

Is VinReach CCPA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM compliant?

Built in. Every email carries a working unsubscribe link plus your physical postal address (CAN-SPAM § 316.5). Marketing SMS to identity-resolution-sourced phone numbers requires explicit opt-in (TCPA § 227(b)(1)(A)).
